We are proud to offer Fit Kids Programs! Motivating kids to love health and fitness at a young age. Fit Kids was developed by Kiana Tom, Host & Founder of Kiana’s Flex Appeal ESPN, recipient of the United States Sports Academy Award & Lifetime Achievement Award for Fitness. Kiana was named “Best in Fitness” USA Today, “Queen of Fitness” Access Hollywood & was asked to speak on behalf of the President’s Council on Fitness for Kids.

Fit Kids Workouts strengthen functional muscles using body weight exercises, interval training & fitness games! Each class includes: warm up, strength training focusing on mastering proper form and technique, fun cardio & cool down.
Fit Kids After School Programs motivate your kid(s) to love health and fitness at a young age! They will make and eat fun & healthy snacks, create fitness inspired crafts, improve strength with body weight exercises and develop coordination, speed & agility with obstacle courses.
